Conference Exhibitors

The 43rd Autism Society National Conference and Exposition, the nation's largest and most important event dedicated to the field of autism spectrum disorders, will be held in San Diego, California at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center on July 25 to 28, 2012. We expect over 1,000 attendees at this conference representing service providers, professionals, parents, individuals on the spectrum, state and federal government representatives, nonprofits supporting autism and others.

The Autism Society National Conference and Exhibition is the only event to consistently bring together professionals, individuals on the autism spectrum, family members and advocates each year for in-depth discussions of what’s new in the field of autism and how to improve existing services and supports. Wednesday, July 25  
         
Exhibitor Move In: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
Opening Reception: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
 
Thursday, July 26 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Friday, July 27  8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Exhibitor Move Out – 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm



- All booth packages include carpet.  Electricity and Internet connectivity are available for an additional fee through the MSI Production Services, the hotel’s audio visual company.
- Full payment is due immediately upon commitment to exhibit or sponsor.
- Exhibitor applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis with booth preference given to Sponsors.
- Non-profit packages are available for 501(c)(3) organizations.  501(c)(3) certificates should be submitted with the exhibitor application.
- To be included in the conference program, exhibitor information is due by June 15, 2012.  All exhibitors submitting information past that deadline will be listed in an addendum onsite.
