2012 Conference Registration Information

An Early Bird discount is offered for registrations received on or before Thursday, May 31, 2012. Advance registration fees are in effect for registrations received between June 1 and July 15, 2012. On-site fees are in effect after July 16, 2012.

Autism Society National Conference Materials Pick-up and On-site Registration will be located at the Town and Country Resort and Convention Center, 500 Hotel Circle North, San Diego, California.

Pre-registered attendees will have their badges mailed to them prior to the conference. An e-mail will be sent reminding you to look for your badge in the mail. You will be able to pick up your badge holder, conference materials, ribbons, etc. beginning on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 8:00am in the Golden Pacific Foyer at the Town and Country.

Your Autism Society National Conference registration entitles full access to the National Conference, including the Exhibit Hall and the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception, the Keynote Sessions, and breakout sessions. Name badges will be checked at all sessions and events. No meals are included in the price of registration.

Your conference registration also entitles you to online access to all conference session recordings after the conference. 

One-day registrations are only available onsite for $200 per day for Thursday and Friday.  There is a special one-day registration rate of $50 for Saturday. 

Anyone over the age of 18 must register for the conference and pay the full conference fee. Children under the age of 18 must be registered, but there is no fee (proof of age may be required). You can register children under the age of 18 onsite at the conference only.
