Autism Society Revenue Share from MedicAlert

Please note the Autism Society receives the following revenue when you enroll or renewal your MedicAlert prouct:

We receive $5.99 for each new enrollment fee for an individual below 18 years of age.
We will receive $9.99 for each new enrollment for  those over 18 years of age.
We will receive $2.00 for each Advantage Annual Renewal.
We will receive $5.99 for each Caregiver Enrollment.
We will receive $2.00 per renewal of a Caregiver Annual Renewal.
Purchase of a Kid Smart Renewal does not provide any revenue to the Autism Society.
