Ford Hall Forum and National Autism Center sponsor "Autism-Looking Beyond Cause and Cure"

Students, care providers, teachers, families and individuals with autism spectrum disorder participated in the Ford Hall Forum and National Autism Center’s discussion entitled: “Autism–Looking Beyond Cause and Cure.” Held at the C. Walsh Theatre at Suffolk University in Boston on November 6, it included (front row) Brenda Smith Myles, Ph.D., consultant with the Ziggurat Group and the National Professional Development Center on Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Chief Program Officer for the Autism Society; Rebecca Woodcock, M.Ed., the parent of a child with autism and special-needs teacher; Susan M. Wilczynski, Ph.D., BCBA, Executive Director of the National Autism Center; (back row) moderator James T. Brett, President & CEO of the New England Council and current chair of the Governor’s Commission on Developmental Disabilities; Dominick Ianno, President of the Ford Hall Forum at Suffolk University and Director of Public Affairs–Northeast Region for Pfizer, Inc.; and Alex Minier, Executive Director of the Ford Hall Forum at Suffolk University.
