SERC is a nonprofit agency primarily funded by the Connecticut State Department of Education. SERC provides professional development and information dissemination in the latest research and best practices to educators, service providers and families throughout the state, as well as job-embedded technical assistance and training within schools, programs and districts.

Connecticut Parent Advocacy Center
CPAC is a statewide, nonprofit organization that offers information and support to families of children with any disability or chronic illness, birth through age 26. It is committed to the idea that parents can be the most effective advocates for their children, given the confidence that knowledge and understanding of special education law and its procedures can bring.
Autism Spectrum Resource Center
The ASRC is a family-run, non-profit organization that serves individuals with autism spectrum disorders, their family members, and the professionals who work with them. We are committed to raising public awareness about ASD and devoted to empowering families and lessening their isolation. We are also dedicated to educating families, professionals and the general public to the many strengths that people with ASD have and to promote the respect they deserve.
CARE Alliance
CARE Alliance was established in May 2004 as a non-profit, donor-funded corporation dedicated to providing young children with autism, their families, caregivers and service providers intervention opportunities, as well as information and materials needed to develop, maintain and manage successful intensive intervention programs.
