Governor’s Council on Disabilities The mission of the Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities is to provide information, education and training to build knowledge, develop skills and change attitudes that will lead to increased independence, productivity, self-determination, integration and inclusion for people with developmental disabilities and their families.
Partners in Policymaking
The Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities created a ground-breaking, innovative training program called Partners in Policymaking to teach parents and self-advocates the power of advocacy to change the way people with disabilities are supported, viewed, taught, live and work.

Technical Assistance ALLIANCE for Parent Centers
The Technical Assistance ALLIANCE for Parent Centers (the ALLIANCE) is an innovative partnership of one national and six regional parent technical assistance centers, each funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).

Reach for Resources, Inc.
Reach for Resources is a non-profit organization that offers specialized services to meet the needs of youth and adults with a variety of cognitive and developmental disabilities, and provides support to their families.
